Another wonderful musical event was part of the summer cultural holidays of the „Culture and Spiritual Development“ Department, Kyustendil Municipality. Special guests of our city were the performers from the Israeli choir of the Tel Aviv Philharmonic, who performed a concert and with great joy and sincere gratitude greeted the Kyustendil audience with the song „Hubava si moya goro“, the composer of which was Georgi Goranov, a native of Kyustendil.
The Israeli choir visited the city, visited the Art Gallery and the Dimitar Peshev house-museum, and the event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Rescue of the Bulgarian Jews from the Holocaust.
The concert continued with performances by the Kyustendil musician Asen Marinov and the Asen&Milena Group, Asen and Milena, who were once again greeted with much warmth and applause by their fans.
